The Nissan Maxima is a series of luxury sedans that the Japanese automaker sold from 1980 to 2023. Some generations were not offered at all in many world markets and were rather specifically designed for a particular market.
The first-generation Nissan Maxima could be bought with two six-cylinder petrol engines of 3.0 liters and 125 and 128 kW.
The second generation Maxima was sold from 1995 to 2004 with a facelift in 2000, and a total of eight gasoline engines (all six-cylinder) with a capacity of 2.0-3.5 liters and a power of 103-190 kW were sold.
