BMW X1 car battery

The BMW X1 is a car from the Subcompact luxury crossover SUV segment, which the well-known German automaker has been selling since 2009. The model thus joins the larger BMW X3 and X5 siblings, which had been on the market for a long time.

The first-generation BMW X1 can be purchased with a total of seven types of petrol engine (two six-cylinder engines) ranging from 2.0 to 3.0 litres and power ranging from 100-190 kW, as well as thirteen 2.0-litre diesels with 85-160 kW.

The second generation BMW X1 with the designation F48 was sold between 2015 and 2022. It was sold with gasoline engines of 1.5 and 2.0 liters, the 1.5 liter engine is a three-cylinder. The engines have a power in the range of 105 – 170 kW. Diesel engines have a volume of 1.5 and 2.0 liters and here too the smaller engine is a three-cylinder. The power of diesels is in the range of 85 – 170 kW.

Batteries with a capacity of 70 Ah are used in BMW X1 petrol cars and 70-80 Ah batteries in diesels.
