Mitsubishi Outlander is a compact crossover SUV that has appeared in the Japanese manufacturer’s range since 2001. Of course, all-wheel drive versions are also available.

The first generation of the car was produced in 2001-2006 and was on sale with a total of twelve types of gasoline engine with a capacity of 2.0-2.4 liters and a power ranging from 93-177 kW.

The second generation of the Outlander has been on sale since 2006 and was in the automaker’s offer with nine types of gasoline engine (two six-cylinders) with a capacity of 2.0-3.0 liters and a power of 108-177 kW, as well as with five diesels of 2.0 and 2.2 liters and a power of 103-130 kW. Sister models Citroen C-Crosser and Peugeot 4007 were also derived from this car.

The third generation of Mitsubishi Outlander was produced in 2013-2021. It is available with 2.0, 2.4 and 3.0 liter petrol engines. There are also plug-in hybrid versions based on a 2.0 liter petrol engine. Of course, there are also diesel versions on sale, the engines have a capacity of 2.3 liters.

The fourth generation of the Mitsubishi Outlander has been produced since 2021. Depending on the specific market, you can buy this car with 1.5- and 2.5-liter gasoline engines. There is also a plug-in hybrid, based on a 2.4-liter gasoline engine.

The Mitsubishi Outlander of the first generation was assembled for all markets at a factory in Japan: Okazaki (Nagoya Plant).
