USS Texas BB-35
USS Texas (BB-35) is a well-known battleship of the United States Navy, which is understandably out of active service. By its parameters, it falls into the New York class and was put into active service already on March 12, 1914. She retired from the army on 21 April 1948. In the meantime, it has undergone two modernizations, including the replacement of weapons. The first took place in 1925–1926, the next in 1942.
At the time of its completion, it was a very powerful and feared weapon, but with the passage of time it was understandably surpassed by more modern and larger ships.
