432 Park Avenue is a well-known New York skyscraper that rises to a height of 425.5 m (1,396 ft).
The Manhattan location overlooking Central Park is ideal for luxury apartments, and they also make up the bulk of the building. There are “only” 125 apartments available on a total of 85 above-ground floors. It is already clear that they are very expensive. At the time of its completion, the skyscraper was the third tallest in the United States and the tallest residential building in the world. But already in 2022, everything was different. As of this date, the skyscraper was the sixth tallest building in the United States and the third tallest residential building in the world.
