Airbus A380
The Airbus A380 is a wide-body four-engine airliner produced by Airbus from 2003 to 2021. The world’s largest airliner eventually stopped production earlier than expected, mainly due to declining demand. Smaller aircraft are simply more economical in terms of operation and also have better yields.
The Airbus A380 is the only aircraft to have two decks along the entire length of the fuselage. A total of 254 aircraft were built, including three prototypes. Therefore, the investment was not returned to the manufacturer.
