USS New Jersey (BB-16)

USS New Jersey (BB-16) is a Virginia-class battleship that entered service with the United States Navy in May 1906.

The ship spent her entire active career in the Atlantic Fleet. Like other ships of this class, she sailed around the world as part of the Great White Fleet.

In 1923, the ship was destroyed by bombers, serving as a training target.
