Mercedes-Benz Vito car battery

The Mercedes Vito is a light commercial vehicle that the traditional German automaker has been selling since 1996. In the first generation, it was available in both truck and passenger versions, starting with the second generation, purely passenger versions are referred to as the Mercedes-Benz Viano.

The first generation Mercedes Vito was produced from 1996 to 2003 and was sold with a total of two petrol engines of 2.0 and 2.3 liters and 95 and 105 kW, as well as five diesels of 2.2 and 2.3 liters and power in the range of 58-90 kW.

The second generation Mercedes Vito could be bought with a total of five types of gasoline engine (six-cylinder) with a capacity of 3.2-3.8 liters and a power of 140-190 kW, as well as with fifteen types of diesel (two six-cylinder, five engines with 4×4 drive) with a capacity of 2.2-3.0 liters and a power of 65-165 kW.

The third-generation Mercedes Vito is already referred to as the V-Class in most markets. It has been produced since 2014. It is on sale with a 2.0-liter gasoline engine, which has a power of 155 kW. There is a much greater choice between diesel engines. These have a capacity of 1.6, 1.7, 2.0 and 2.2 liters and power in the range of 65 – 176 kW.

In gasoline Mercedes Vito cars batteries with a capacity of 70 – 95 Ah are used and in diesels then batteries with a capacity of 80-95 Ah.
