One Vanderbilt

One Vanderbilt is a newly built skyscraper in New York City, specifically in Midtown Manhattan, which is 1,401 ft (427 m) high. It is the fourth tallest building in the city, after One World Trade Center, Central Park Tower and 111 West 57th Street.

Its 93 above-ground floors are mainly office space. Of course, tenants are also provided with restaurants or underground parking.The construction was completed very quickly, at least compared to similar projects. The start of construction was at the beginning of 2017 and in the autumn of 2020 the building was inaugurated.
